The PR at The Greyston condo development in Hamilton Heights had invited us over to see some of the original detail restoration in the brownstone's common area but now it appears that they do not need any more press. According to Curbed, all 4 units with price ranging from $515K-$870K now have contracts out and thus this development at 540 West 149th has sold before even finishing up. We had been excited to see a boutique type of restoration happening to the build but wanted more photos with the grand stairwells features which have yet to finish up.
A photo sent to our inbox shows a nicely styled room but with not much as far as brownstone detailing. We had admired the Greyston's website and exterior restoration as mentioned in our past post so had expected an enthusiastic reception for this building:

So apparently there were 2 open houses before the building received the offers.
