A landmark 20-foot-wide townhouse in the Sugar Hill Historic District has just arrived on the market for the asking of $2.79 million.  This is probably priced right since the home has great original details, has a 2-family layout and the location is just a couple of blocks away from the express train that gets one to midtown in 10 minutes.  Renovations in the kitchen are on the more moderate side and lack of bathroom photos probably means some work needs to be done in those areas.  Details such as original working fireplaces are hard to come by these days and this property is definitely one of the more interesting ones priced below $3 million to arrive on the market in recent months: LINK
