Number 1992 Madison Avenue is still vacant even 7 years after a developer failed to renovate the substantial townhouse at 127th Street. This corner property on one of the nicer avenues above 125th Street is still inactive and new permits have not been filed since 2008. For some reason the building has not been placed openly on the market over the years and will probably exchange ownership in a less public manner if that ever happens. Does anyone have any other details on this house?
