DWELL: RECORD SALE AT 730 ST. NICHOLAS AVENUE
Number 730 St. Nicholas Avenue sold back in May and now Streeteasy has revealed that the closing price is a new Harlem record. With an asking of $4 million, the townhouse located within a 31-foot-wide lot was one of the largest ones on the market and even has its own private garage. The 2-family Sugar Hill home with loads of original details is also in the landmark district and conveniently right by the express train north entrance of the 145th Street station. A former record set at $3.6 million by actor Neil Patrick Harris back in 2013 has now been broken with the reported Hamilton Heights closing price of $3.75 million: LINK
