INTRODUCING: NEW FACADE AT THE ROW HOUSE

The facade work is really coming along at The Row House restaurant on the corner of 115th and FDB.  We walked by this week and noticed that multiple French doors were being added out front along with a new cornice and industrial lamps overhead.  Art Deco graphics sets the tone for the logo but the digital city artwork on the banner is a little pedestrian considering the aesthetic of the establishment appears to be going for something a little more historic. Other than that, this is really a great restoration job considering that the corner building had been boarded up for quite some time and the new eatery will bring much needed life to this corner of 8th Avenue.
