Number 202 Lenox has just arrived on the market for the asking of $4.2 million in the Mount Morris Park Historic District. This 20-foot-wide townhouse is right next to Barawine at the corner of 120th Street and is one of the grand dames of the boulevard. There are 3 units altogether here but a lack of interior photos might just mean not too many original details are intact within.
