Plywood went up at the corner of 2750 FDB this past spring and now the new construction at the corner of 140th Street has risen to one level. This block just north of Strivers Row has been quiet for some time but the new commercial space on the street level promises to include a supermarket which will definitely be a big boost to foot traffic in the area. There will be 54-units altogether when things finish up and a rendering of the building can be found in our past post:
