It appears that the shuttered S.W.I.N.G. boutique at the corner of 118th and ACP finally has a new tenant. We passed by Atelier DuBois earlier on in the evening last week and the storefront is now a cool antique store. All of the walls have now been hand painted with a graphic design and there is even a cool corner awning in place. Luxury fashion retail is still something that has not fully arrived uptown but an antique store does make sense at this point in time.
