REVIVE: FOUNDATION WORK AT 69 EAST 125TH
The new residential tower at 69 East 125th Street by Park Avenue is finally making some progress these days. This 12-story new construction started up with the demolition of existing buildings last summer but not much has really happened until now. We recently walked by the location that is conveniently in front of the bus stop on Harlem's commercial corridor and noticed that the foundation work has now begun. Once this is all set up, the upper levels usually rise quite quickly. Check out the final rendering in our past post: LINK
