ARCHITECTURE: 69 EAST 125TH STREET RISES
Ground breaking for 69 East 125th Street started about a year ago and now the building is rising quickly. Walking by the block just west of Park Avenue this week, we noticed that 7 floors are now complete but more will come along in the months ahead. This new construction will go up past the majestic Corn Exchange Building that is a couple of doors east and will be at 12 stories all together when finished. For more details and a rendering of the finished residential complex, check out our past post: LINK
