The tiniest house on East 118th Street has been gut renovated and arrived on the market a couple of months back for the asking of $3 million.  This location on the last block just east of charming Pleasant Avenue might be considered picturesque because of the cobblestone out front but the massive mall facing the back end of the street eventually neutralizes the historic aesthetic.  Another odd mix is that the interior looks like a sleek modern condo and has nothing remotely related to the exterior look of the single-family built in the 1800s.  We do like that a rare car garage is in place but an empty lot next door might not be such a good thing for various reasons.  More photos on the broker site: LINK
