Construction started up at 15 West 119th Street last summer and now it looks like some major progress is at hand. Walking by the address just west of Fifth Avenue last week, we noticed that three floors have already risen on the former abandoned lot. When all finishes up this side of the year, there will be 6 stories all together and 13 new units. There seems to be a little more effort put into place as far as the design of the building is concerned so we assume that this one will probably be condos.
