New York City real estate blog Brick Underground just listed the top 10 places to live in New York City for recent college graduates and a couple of uptown blocks made the list. Washington Height and Hamilton Heights are the most affordable along with being the safest out of the Manhattan options but probably not as high on the list for the party scene. Other cheaper locations for rent are pretty much in outer boroughs with longer commutes to midtown so those who need to be on the island will probably want to check the article out:
