DWELL: 200 EDGECOMBE SOLD LOWER
Number 200 Edgecombe was an abandoned wood frame house by 143rd Street that had a modern makeover to look more like a minimalist brownstone but eventually sold for under the original asking price. After switching brokers, the 3-unit home went up on the market in December for $1.89 million but 22-foot-wide house eventually was reduced to $1.75 million. Streeteasy confirms that the building sold back in April for exactly the new price which now makes it one of the most affordable renovated homes in Harlem: LINK
