A new construction at 310 West 114th Street has been quickly finishing up its facade over the past few months just blocks north of Central Park. There used to be an empty lot here for many years but construction on the condos almost popped up overnight. Apparently a darker color scheme will be the order of the day but at least the glass-to-balcony ratio looks kind of balanced here. There will be 8 units all together when things finish up including one penthouse and the location by the lower FDB corridor will probably call for some higher price points.
