Number 243 West 139th Street went up on the market last year and finally closed this past April. The single-family home on the north end of Strivers Row had a listing price of $2.25 million and ended up closing for $2.11 million. These landmark homes all have private parking in the back and this particular address has much of the original details within which include gas burning fireplaces but appears to need some work done.
