We have been checking out the new R.O.K.C. ramen bar at 3452 Broadway by 141st Street at least once a week and now the eatery has a new chicken miso ramen on the menu. This boutique restaurant has some of the best shoyu based soup noodles in the city but those looking for something more robust should try out the new offering which is not as dense as tonkotsu based stocks but just as satisfying. Sweet corn, baby bok choy and a nest of finely slivered scallions create a hearty but delicate dish that those who love ramen should definitely try at least once.
