Those making under $19K-45K annually can apply for one of the affordable housing at Strivers Plaza if applications are mailed in by September 23rd.  Studios start out at just under $500 and 2-bedroom units go for under $900 a month as first reported by Brick Underground.  There are only about a dozen lower-income units available at the new construction finishing up at the corner of 140th and FDB and the majority of the other apartments are market rate.  Check out the final rendering of this development (which will include a supermarket) in our past post: LINK
