The new Bed Bath & Beyond building on 125th Street just west of Fifth Avenue is finishing up and now more anchor tenants have been revealed. New York & Company currently has big signs up on the lower level and T.J. Maxx apparently will also be arriving on one of the upper floors. WeWork has also secured space in the new commercial construction so there will be a lot going on within this block of Central Harlem by September.
