DWELL: 533 MANHATTAN AVENUE IN CONTRACT



Harlem Bespoke: Number 533 Manhattan Avenue by 123rd Street went up on the market last month for the asking of $3.4 million and now the 2-family townhouse that was renovated back in 2013 has a contract out.  As mentioned in our past post, we have been following the restoration process over the years and now the worst house on the best block actually has the best facade.  The new owners have restored every detail of the crumbling brownstone out front and everything looks brand new on the exterior.  This location next to 125th Street, the FDB commercial corridor, Morningside Park and the express trains is pretty ideal but the home is on the narrower side.  More details and photos can be found on the broker site: LINK
