Harlem Bespoke: The Harry Houdini House at 278 West 113th Street is probably the coolest Open House to check out this Halloween weekend. Those interested the historic townhouse formerly owned by the world's most famous magician and have around a $4 million budget might want to drop by this Sunday, October 29th. As previously mentioned, the unique brownstone not only has an amazing pedigree but also has a distinct balcony and portico at the front entrance. Original details are intact within and the location by the FDB commercial corridor is quite ideal. With that said, the three-family layout might be an issue with a higher end buyer but there is definitely a lot of potential to this historic address.
