Harlem Bespoke: The sidewalk sheds are down over on 7th Avenue by 137th Street and facade for The Renny is in full view now. This 134-unit new construction replicates some of the brick detail from the facade of the demolished Renaissance Ballroom which definitely looks impressive up close. Apparently all of the apartments will be rentals when all finishes up and it will be interesting to see how much they eventually go for. More on The Renny can be found in our past post:
