Harlem Bespoke: Some major brownstone contracts are out in Harlem at the end of the year and two of the top three are in the Mount Morris Park Historic District.
Number 208 Lenox Avenue leads the pack based on a $4.75 million asking price with 153 West 121st Street in second place at $4.2 million. A brownstone at 124 West 132nd Street with an asking of $3.695 finishes the list and puts up an impressive number for the Central Harlem location.
