Harlem Bespoke: Demolition at the former stable house at 215 west 122nd Street finished back in 2016 and it looks like construction has been picking up since then. We walked by this block just west of 7th Avenue in the past couple of weeks and noticed that a new building has quickly gone up this year.
This new development tops off at 6 stories all together but it is unclear if they will be rentals or condo units. With that said, the location is half a block away from the lower FDB commercial corridor and a short walk away to the express subway station on 125th Street so we expect that these could possibly be on the market in the new year.
