Harlem Bespoke: The brownstone development at 145th West 129th Street has been dormant for as long as we can remember but a dumpster has now been place out front. This block located east of 7th Avenue still has a couple of abandoned buildings but it now looks like some of them could be restored sooner than later. DOB permits only show that interior demolition has been approved at this point in time but this could portend a full renovation.
