Harlem Bespoke: Demolition appears to be complete at 412 West 126th Street which was more recently an auto repair shop setup in a former carriage house. This location just west of Convent Avenue has quite a few projects planned for the future and it looks like the 9-story hotel on this particular site is moving forward. Permits were filed about 3 years ago but the DOB website states that approval is still pending. Check out what the building originally looked like in our past post:
