Harlem Bespoke: Number 133 West 131st Street went up on the market back in April for the asking price of $2.99 million and now has had a price reduction set at $2.85 million. The layout appears to be a 3-family configuration but the C of O should probably be confirmed by the a potential buyer. A few original details are intact within but a kitchen photo reveals that some updating will probably be needed. With that said, Whole Foods and the express trains on 125th Street are only a few block south and there are a lot restaurants at the adjacent Lenox Avenue corridor.
