☞ SHOP: Malcolm X Boulevard
The picture above might be one of the best potential storefronts below 125th Street. Located by the Mount Morris Park Historic District on Malcom X/Lenox Avenue and West 122nd street, this corner space in a brownstone row of buildings is one of the most charming in the neighborhood. With today's retail climate, there seems to be lots of room to negotiate rent. French windowpanes and topiaries indeed. See previous post on on the new businesses popping up on this stretch of Malcolm X: LINK
