With all the talk on the food truck trend downtown, we wanted to give a shout-out to the East Harlem's El Paso Taco Truck on 116th Street between Lexington and 3rd Avenue. $2 dollar tacos that are authentic and popular with the Mexican locals seem to be the right price for a quick bite. The closest subway line to this part of town is the 6 train at 116th Street for those who want to venture out to this part of East Harlem.
