Giovanna's in East Harlem is one of the new restaurants offering something a little different in El Barrio. The Italian and pizza eatery provides this section of town a restaurant with a room with a view, albeit an overly bright one (based on some reviews on the lighting) and an alternative to the latin restaurants that populate the nabe.
