In Monday's New York Post, the Sartorialist gave his approval of Harlem as one of the most stylish places in Manhattan to people watch. The fashion photographer and blogger, Scott Schuman, is one of the most influential people in the business and has been known to take snapshots of the best dressed folks around. Mr. Schuman recommends to go to Harlem on any Sunday, after church, for a look at some of the most fashionable New Yorkers.
