Pascal's Eatery's signage gets major points for one of the coolest retro looks to come about for a new business in Harlem. By the look of it, one would think that the place has been around since the 1940's, but the almost too clinical interior gives it away. Pascal's is really a super deli of sorts with a bright, shiny, ample interior along with major indoor and outdoor seating. Some complain that it's too basic, but many agree that for this developing area on 5th Avenue, north of 125th Street, it's definitely a welcome establishment to have a burger or a quick bite.
