☞ WALK: The Renaissance Ballroom's Chow Mein

The old Chow Mein sign is still up at the Renaissance Ballroom which basically means that not much is going on with all the talk of condo conversions that was going on in the beginning of the year. It's a pretty cool relic at any rate, but the sign and the building has definitely seen better times. We hope that the owner of the building, the Abyssinian Baptist Church, figures a way to completely preserve this community institution on ACP and 138th Street.
