☞ DWELL: Central Harlem Sales May Stabilize

According to NY Magazine, there might be signs of the housing market bottoming out based the comparison of fourth quarter 2009 to 2008 numbers. Apparently Central Harlem is up 20% in comparison to last year -- which, by the way, might not be saying much since the market started slowing at that point.
