☞ SHOP: 1890 ACP Storefront Renovations

There seems to be some activity on the old storefront at 115th Street and ACP/7th Avenue. The corner space at 1380 ACP was closed off for some time and there used to be a run down deli at southern end. Everything now looks like has been combined into one huge space and new windows have been added to the much larger shop space. DOB record only show general renovations so we are not sure if some business is moving in or not. Most buildings do not combine spaces willingly because it is quite costly to do so. Does anyone know what's going on here? We found the listing for the corner building but it would seem that the commercial space is still available by the look of it: LINK. Photo by Ulysses

  1. Would love to see some new retail along ACP. A cafe or something would be brilliant.

  2. HarlemCondoLife wrote about that space last week. There's several rumors going on it, ie laundry mat is one of them.

  5. Laundromat!! I need to open a liquor store, funeral home, chicken spot or a bodega. Apparently, those business models yield high margins.
