Classmates of Shannon Tavarez, the young Lion King on Broadway actress who recently was diagnosed with leukemia, will be holding a fundraising concert benefit next week to help out with the family's medical fees. As many might remember, there was a large bone marrow search amongst the African-American community this past month in order to perform a needed life-saving treatment: LINK.
