☞ SEE: The Queer Black Cinema Film Festival

October 14th-17th at the National Black Theatre, 2031 Fifth Avenue, between 125th and 126th Streets.  The Queer Black Cinema International Film Festival will be celebrating its third year in Harlem.  Check out the full list of movies and schedule of events that will kick off the festival early in the week: LINK

  2. Agreed! Harlem will have definitely turned around when it becomes a destination for gay men. They are neighborhood-builders and great neighbors. Harlem should do everything it can to make them welcome.

Gay men abound, and there are wonderful businesses in Harlem that are particularly welcoming including Native Restaurant that also has special events for GBTL (118th & Lenox) N Boutique for the well-dressed (119th & Lenox), Cafe Latte & Settepani restaurants (120th & Lenox) to name the ones closest to where I live.
