☞ WALK: The Three Kings Day Parade 2011
Here's a first look a today's 34th Annual Three Kings Day Parade in East Harlem. El Museo Del Barrio has hosted the January 6th festival that celebrates the birth of Jesus in Latin cultures for the past three decades and each year brings something new. Seen at today's event were some recognizable local politicians (click on 2nd photo to enlarge), parade marshal costumes designed by a notable local designer and even a few beauty queens. There's always a new local high school band performing each year and the Soul Tigers rocked it out for the all the spectators on hand. We missed the camels at the end but they apparently made a showing this year around. More out takes will be uploaded on the Harlem Bespoke Facebook site today for those interested: LINK
