We saw this house a couple of years back at one of the house tours and it actually houses the Indigo Arms bed and breakfast. Looking at public records, it's basically a 3-famiy layout, a massive 25-foot in width and has roughly 8,500 square foot of space. From what we can remember from our viewing of the townhouse, there's a lot of original woodwork in place but it also has the clean white drywall element to it.
