☞ MEET: East 103rd Community Garden Design

Saturday, February 19th, starting 11:30 AM at the Mt. Sinai Center for Advanced Medicine, 17 East, 102nd Street, West Lobby, in the 5th Floor Classroom. The 103rd Street Community Garden (which is probably Harlem's largest community garden) at 105 East 103rd Street between Park and Lexington Avenues is going through a redesign process for Spring 2011. New York Restoration Project (NYRP) will be holding a community input meeting and present the garden restoration design. This meeting is a chance for the community to see images that the designers have created, discuss ideas with NYRP staff and other gardeners and community members, ask questions, give feedback, and suggest changes. RSVP is required. Please contact Pauli Evanson at 212-333-2552 or pevanson@nyrp.org. Learn more about the 103rd Street Community Garden at the following website: LINK
