☞ READ: The National Dance Institute Gala

Monday, April 4th, 6:00 PM,  at the Best Buy Theater, 1515 Broadway and West 44th Street (tickets required).  One of the big New York spring social events is the annual fundraising gala for the the National Dance Institute which raises money for the non-profit's mission in providing free arts programs to the city's public schools.  Actor Alec Baldwin will be the honoree this year alongside developer Ron Moellis of L+M Development Partners which restored the PS90 building in Central Harlem and is now the permanent home for the institute. Benefit tables range from $10,000 to $30,000 and individual tickets begin at $1,000.
