☞ REVIVE: PS90 at 60 Percent Mark
We received some press today which announces that 60% of the units are closed or under contract at PS90. Closings and move-ins initially began in September 2010 at the adaptive reuse building located on 220 West 148th Street in Central Harlem. PS90 is the redevelopment of a circa 1905 elementary school and features a total of 75 residences. The remaining 30 units reportedly on the market range in size from approximately 737 – 1,577 square feet and in price from $475,000 – $879,000. Based on Streeteasy, 38 units have sold (not including one commercial space), 10 are in contract and 11 are available: LINK. There are a portion of affordable apartments set aside for this building so it is unclear to wether those sales get factored in. More details on this development can be found at: www.ps90condo.com.
