☞ SEE: Marcus Samuelsson Talks Red Rooster

The media still loves Marcus Samuelsson and the above clip is a great interview on CNN that was posted recently on their site. Things seem to be going well at the new high-profile restaurant and it is still not the easiest task to get one of the prime back tables at Red Rooster on Lenox Avenue (at least without a wait).  Brunch seems to be just as popular on weekends but congestion might ease up when the warm weather comes if the outdoor seating arrives in time. Mr. Samuelsson has frequently talked about embracing all the historic cultures of Harlem and it looks like this nod to diversity has really given the new eatery a mass appeal that has kept demand up.  Read more of the interview on CNN: LINK
