BLVD Condos debuted this past fall after a long construction period and some press for 2196 Frederick Douglass Blvd now reveals a completed roof deck featuring 360 degree panoramas (click on lower image to enlarge) of Midtown, Central Park, Cathedral of St. John the Divine, and the George Washington Bridge. The adaptive reuse construction apparently boasts the largest number of one-bedroom homes currently available in the area. The two-building project will offer a total of 26 condominium apartments altogether which also includes two penthouses that are 2-3 bedroom. Prices are in the high $200k mark to start but is anything happening at this point? Checking up on Streeteasy, it appears 7 units are available and no contracts are out at this point:
