Windows on 123 at 117 West 123rd Street debuted a couple of years back and really had some major problems selling units but now seems to be close to selling out. The 26-unit residential building that is located just west of Lenox Avenue and is on the cusp of the Mount Morris Park Historic District sat empty for 2009 but started seeing sales pickup in 2010. Checking up on Streeteasy, there appears to be 15 recorded sales, 8 units currently in contract and 2 units available:

Press releases report that the remaining two-bedroom apartments ranging in size from 1,236 to 1,311 square feet and in price from $740,000 to $790,000. All available units have private outdoor spaces such as terraces or balconies. Sales price per square foot are averaging around $603 and move-ins started last summer. More on the building site:
