All the excavation work at the lot on 306-308 West 116th seems to have finished relatively quickly and it appears that the foundation is starting to come together. Walking by the address just west of FDB/8th Avenue yesterday, we noticed a cement truck on site (lower photo) which arrived roughly 6 weeks after all permits were initially set up. At this rate, the $5.3 million, 14-unit building's floors might start to rise as early as this coming summer.
