☞ EAT: Red Rooster Opens Outdoor
The Red Rooster at 310 Lenox Avenue was still setting up the seating area yesterday when the weather was sunny (top photo) but the furniture did not fully go out until this afternoon. A tipster sent in the information that the alfresco cafe is now officially open and that some folks were able to enjoy the setup before the rain arrived in the late afternoon (lower photo). Unfortunately they picked an overcast day to debut but this part of the restaurant should be particularly popular this summer season. Got a tip? Send to: HarlemBespoke@gmail.com

ReplyDeleteNo red umbrellas, regardless, upper Lenox is really starting to bloom.
ReplyDeleteLenox Ave in general is looking very good.
ReplyDeleteWho was the VIP there last night? I saw "inconspicuous" security with little thingies hanging out of their ears, and tons of police.
ReplyDelete@Bob: According to one of the blogs, Halle Berry was at Red Rooster last night.
ReplyDelete@valgd thanks. But isn't she just an actress? I'm amazed that she would need so much security.
ReplyDeleteThe mayor was there that night also so that would be the big security issue.
ReplyDeleteHey Ulysses -- that makes sense! Thanx!
