☞ EXERCISE: Free Range Human Transportation

Sundays, 10:00 AM, the Free Range Human Transportation Society weekly bike ride, starting at 110th Street and ACP/7th Avenue. Harlem has seen its share of bike marathons come through its streets (above) but the Free Range Human Transportation Society wants locals to participate instead of watch.  FRHTS has now introduced a weekly bike ride that's free and open to Harlemites as well as those outside Harlem. The nonprofit group rides every Sunday morning at Central Park North and Adam Clayton Powell Boulevard.  Riders of all ages and abilities are welcome to participate and free bike rentals are available.
