A few sidewalk cafe permits have been applied for this month on lower FDB and it looks like the second one has come through. Nectar Wine Bar at 121st Street debuted a new eye-catching spread out this past weekend which also had the requisite shrubbery in place. The particular building the eatery is housed in has all the commercial spaces use the same awning colors and adding the touch of orange to differentiate the establishment makes for a distinguishing design detail. As for other coming outdoor dining, Lido at 117th Street just applied for their cafe permit a couple of weeks back so Bier International, Les Ambassades, and the Harlem Tavern will have a little outdoor company by July.
