☞ DWELL: 463 West 153rd Street Limestone
The 3-family, 4-story townhouse at 463 West 153rd Street arrived on the market at the end of May for the initial asking of $1.495 million and has since had the asking reduced. This house is pretty distinct since it is one of Sugar Hill's landmark limestones and there is a bit of detail in the pretty generous 19 foot width of the building. From the pictures, the 4,402 square foot property looks to be in average-ish condition and the block is also kind of average since it has a mix of townhouse and old apartment buildings. There's not much in the immediate area as far as better amenities at this location just east of Amsterdam and the price has now been reduced to $1.395 million as of last month.
